     Our Cardio Kickboxing Program is a great way to get in shape, develop self-control and self-esteem while learning techniques to defend yourself in the event you're ever attacked all while having fun.

     At Powers Isshinryu Karate Academy our specially designed cardio kickboxing classes can be defined in two statements: get fit and have fun. We combine cardio and a fitness workout that results in weight loss, body toning and stretching of your muscles.

     Regardless of one's age, sex, or previous fitness experience our Cardio Kickboxing program has something for everyone. From the most experienced fitness pro to the less active individual, our program is designed to help you achieve your goals at your own pace.

     Our students quickly notice improvements in their strength, stamina, flexibility, and cardio vascular health. In addition, you will begin to trim and tone your body, burn fat, and lose weight. Our classes are set to music for an energized and fun filled class.
